The weapon of speech is all the more effective it is used wisely by those who are in the direct vicinity of the first political leader of a country. The "advisers" have a role, because the future of a state, a kingdom of them ultimately depends, it depends on their strength or weakness to the elected official. The book comprises 19 chapters analyze the function and the involvement of various factors such as money or knowledge in the maintenance of peace. The author emphasizes the role of the intellectual and especially that of women in political climate. It is not here to summarize the book because the goal is that you read it for yourself, but if I were to offer you a few chapters that particularly caught my attention, it would be those devoted to one and other.
In Chapter VII, entitled "The intellectual and the demolition of vice in politics," Beloved Eyengué attacks a deputy in particular:
